With over 25 years of experience, Marco trained in the pizzerias of Naples before bringing his expertise to Canada. He holds the prestigious AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) certification and has won multiple awards in international pizza competitions.

Marco specializes in traditional Neapolitan pizza and sourdough techniques.

Giovanna Rossi

Pizza Chef • Rome, Italy

Giovanna comes from a family of bakers in Rome with three generations of pizza-making heritage. She studied culinary arts in Florence before working in some of Rome's most famous pizzerias.

Her expertise includes Roman-style pizza, gluten-free alternatives, and innovative topping combinations while respecting tradition.
